I am a farmer on the Atsumi Peninsula in Aichi Prefecture. We mainly produce cabbage, broccoli, jalapeno, and green papaya.Cabbage and broccoli are grown with reduced pesticides, while green papaya and jalapenos are grown without pesticides. This time, we will also introduce a spicy seasoning using jalapenos and a compote of green papaya,
