Akita Meijo Co., Ltd. was established in Yuzawa City in 1922 (Taisho 11) by a group of volunteers such as sake brewers and political and business figures in the prefecture to sell Akita's sake nationwide. Since our founding, based on the philosophy of "sake quality first", we have been working on sake brewing using our own rice cultivated in our own fields.
