We have a factory in Fushimi, Kyoto, where we manufacture and sell frozen Kyoto obanzai, which can be served simply by defrosting and placing in a bowl. As a rule, we do not use chemical seasonings, and our dishes are seasoned mainly with Rishiri kelp dashi, a light seasoning that brings out the flavor of the ingredients.
